NGFS was founded by Nancy Ghanem. Nancy is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee, a Realtor, and has been active in US and international real estate transactions since 1965. In the 1990's Nancy turned her attention to franchising and traveled the World assisting foreign business investors purchase US franchise brands to be opened in their local country. In 1995 Nancy founded and opened the first website portal respective to the franchise industry. She sold the website name in 2007 and renamed the former Franchise.com website to
